The exhibition 'Weaving the Web of Peace: Common Threads Between Us' runs from 31 October to 14 November at the University of Glasgow, celebrating more than 40 years of The Gareloch Horts, a women’s non-violent direct action peace group campaigning for the abolition of nuclear weapons in the UK.
The exhibition presents the group’s actions alongside key political events for context. It was first shown at Glasgow Women’s Library in August 2023 and now returns to Glasgow for a two-week showing at the University of Glasgow.
