White poppy wreaths will be included in the official ceremony in Leicester.
Alongside veterans' groups and other organisations laying red poppy wreaths, peace campaigners including Leicester CND will lay white poppy wreaths at the Arch of Remembrance in Victoria Park.
A white poppy wreath will also be placed on the nearby memorial for conscientious objectors on Peace Walk.
Covid guidelines will be followed during the event, including mask wearing and social distancing.
It will be a standing event, with some chairs for those who find it difficult to stand. Please wear warm clothing and take an umbrella.
